1. CASTING/CREWING -

- Director Darrel J Butlin seeks an experienced Producer for a short film project "101 Uses for a Cat."
Synopsis: After discovering his wife's affair, a jealous LINUS GREEN, abducts her cat with the intent of avenging her betrayal, by bludgeoning the cat to death. A suspense thriller with comedic undertones, '101 Uses for a Dead Cat' is a neo-noir, that builds on a quirky premise of a mysterious man with a cat in his suitcase.

The script has been written by Chris Hill, whose credits include TV Skins.Paul Sarony from Mrs. Brown and Hideous Kinky, is to executive produce. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0765470/

Director's Bio: Darrel is an experienced commercials director and (ex)post-production artist with international credits and experience of working at the highest end of the commercial film industry, www.darrelbutlin.com Through his company Eyebrid Blaze Ltd, www.eyebridblaze.com he brings post-production facilities, and furthermore, he has attracted commercial sponsors.
This short film is being produced as a demonstrator pilot for future feature projects; to raise visibility of the creative team and to build investor confidence.
Darrel has created a financial package to entice investors, but a Producer is required to help drive the project forward and help raise the finance needed to produce the film. e-mail: darrelbutlin@gmail.comm:44 (0)7929288815

Musser Leghorn Films, London based film company is auditioning for 4 actors and 3 actresses for black comedy, shot on RED, aimed at film circuit, UK and USA.

- Robert Dee is looking for two Actors - One day shoot
Robert is wanting to make a Beckett style short film with a quick turn around to be filmed in Mid-Feb.
one of the characters is breaking rocks with a hammer and the other is an interrogator). Its an alpha male type and a subservient type. The script will be given to the actors beforehand with a good readthrough so they "get" the tone of it. If they've seen any Beckett, I'd imagine they'd get the tone.

2. LOCATIONS -

- White Tiled Room
William Ranieri needs this location, for a hospital scene, to shoot this Saturday, as part of a short film.

m: 07530987959

- Industrial Basement Style Room
Robert Dee is looking for a dingy industrial basement type place (one of the characters is breaking rocks with a hammer and the other is an interrogator) something prison like and quite large as I imagine it being quite in-camera quite heavy use of the space, so the interrogator moves back and forth the space. I would imagine a one day shoot

Its like a mini Challenge so get involved and keep your hand in before the main event next month!
Our home Cafe is needing some quick n'quirky adverts...in Rich's own words...

'I'm looking for some viral advertising to promote Marwood. I'd like it on a smart phone format. So that hopefully it'll get fired all around the world. Whether it's an overdub of Monkey Magic "I've had too much coffeeeeeee money!" or just something completely repulsive, a brick making love to a chicken. You have total carte blanche. I'd like to make people smile, be disturbed and slightly aroused at the same time.
marwood's dad could kick Starbucks dad's Arse.'

'10secs max, your own body weight in coffee and a boozy screening'
