-- Message from lighthouse about an upcoming talk...
Demystifying the Video Post Production Process
Special Guests + Q&A

Tuesday 20 April 2010
6:30pm: Doors & Bar
7:00pm: Talk commences followed by Q&A
Entry: £3.50/£3.00 (concs)
At: Lighthouse, 28 Kensington Street, Brighton, BN1 4AJ
Spaces are limited. To book tickets in advance please go to: https://express.iristickets.co.uk:443/k?lighthouse

If you are a filmmaker, working on video, who is keen to understand what needs to happen once the cameras stop rolling and the actors have gone home then this session is one not to be missed.

Successfully navigating the post production process can make or break your filmmaking project. So how do you get your video smoothly through post production and delivered as a high quality, viewable, audible, viable end product to be proud of….?

There's something for filmmakers of all levels of experience to gain from this session. A really great opportunity to have some light shed on the steps within the post production process, understand the technical and practical options and cut through the jargon and the TLA's (Three Letter Abbreviations).

Our special guests are Sue Tunstall and Jon Lee, leading lights at Brighton's BTV, which is one of the top five UK regional high definition and stereoscopic 3D facilities houses.

Sue and Jon have kindly agreed to share their expertise to aid our understanding of this sometimes inscrutable but always crucial part of the filmmaking process.

Get a handle on how to avoid the pitfalls and learn tips on how planning ahead can help save you money, time and anguish further down the line.

Come along for a glimpse under the hood at the video post production machine. Here's your chance to ask the experts those thorny questions that have been bugging you..... and get the answers that will make a tangible difference to your next project.
