The trainees would ideally be film school graduates. Experience not essential enthusiasm a must. If the person applying has no experience in a particular field and requires training they will be working for expenses only and a deferred payment of 0.5% of the profits. As soon as the film goes into profit the cast and crew will be paid according to their share at the same time as the Producer and Director. The film is fully Cast and will star Rita Tushingham, Jack Mcmullen, Reece Noi and other film and TV names, all working for deferred payment.

Travel / Petrol Paid. No-one will be exploited, this is a director and writer lead project that will treat everyone with fairness and equity.
