1.CASTING/CREWING
- Luther Bhogal-Jones is looking for a CG artist to do some work (expenses only) on a short fantasy thriller.
Can you ask around/ put it on the mail out and ask anyone to get in touch with me

-Gavin O'Mally-Richardson is looking for some extras for an evening bar scene being shot in Brighton on 8th April. The shoot will take place during the day, we need both males/females and you will be required for around 4 hours. Reliability is key on this one so if you are free and want in then please message me :) No pay on this one but plenty of glory and a copy of the film.

-Jason Davison is looking for some coloured props for a short film being shot in April. Mainly pink and blue.
Pink football,
Pink umbrellas, (as many as possible).
Pink props of any kind.
Any spare pink clothing (adult).
Any medical props for a doctors surgery.

4.GENERAL INFO -
-Doritos king of ads filming competition. They want you to film an advert for the chacne to win upto £200,000. It looks like a free for all brief that wants your full creativity to make a doritos advert that stands out from other ads and showcases what doritos stand for. Deadline is 30th April 2010.
There is just over a month for this competition so maybe there are people in the coalition that might want to group together to make a few films. ?

5.LOGO AND CHARTER
-We have narrowed down out logo selection to 4, based on feedback and what might work as a logo. What we need you to do is look them over and choose your favorite and provide some positive feedback on how it can be improved.Please be aware these designs are rough drafts of the final intention so from this we can then finalise our ultimate logo.

-Emma and I are working on a coalition manifesto/charter that will outline clearly what we are, what we want to achieve, what we can and cannot offer and certain codes of conduct. We are halfway through drafting and once its complete we will post it for members to comment on.

6.WEBSITE UPDATES -
-Locations ive created a locations folder. So if you have found some good or bad locations and feel like sharing with others then please add them to the group's forum:

-Actors Profiles. We are slowly adding more profile fields for actors to build up a more detailed profile. Just navigate to your profile and click edit, from here you can add or edit your profile fields (ignore a warning, being fixed)

-Video uploading and linking on the site has got a little bit easier. You can upload videos to the site up to 100meg in size (smaller the better though)
